What is your privacy policy? All the information you give us is kept strictly confidential. We will NOT sell your home address or e-mail address. You will NOT receive unsolicited e-mail because of us.
When do I get paid?Desktop Horizon sends out checks every month. You will only receive a check if you have more than what your minimum payment is set to, which by default, is set to $30. To change your minimum payment go to the change account info section.
How much does it cost?Nothing. Our service is free. There are no hidden charges or obligations. How much money can I make?That all depends on how many people you refer and how long they use the Horizon. Please use our calculator to see how much you can make.
What do you do?We provide a valuable service for advertisers, and Internet users alike. We provide a way for advertisers to reach a targeted audience, and we pay users a portion of our fee for their time spent viewing ads. Please go here for a more detailed explanation. How old do I have to be?There is no set age to use Desktop Horizon.
I don't live in the US, can I still participate? Non-US residents may sign up, however, we must deduct any shipping costs above the standard US $.33 postage from your payment. You must also be able to accept checks from a US bank in US funds.
Do I have to use The Horizon in order to get paid for my downline's usage of The Horizon?No! You don't have to use it at all to get paid for your downline's usage. What is the Horizon?The Horizon is the piece of software you run on your computer to make money. It runs on your desktop and displays banner ads.
When will The Horizon be availible?Unfortunately, we don't have a date set for the release of The Horizon. We are reluctant to set a release date because we would rather wait until The Horizon is working properly with as few bugs as possible than release it early when it is full of bugs. I can only assure you that we are working hard on getting it finished as soon as possible. What operating system does the Horizon run on? Currently the Horizon only runs on Windows systems. Please e-mail support@desktophorizon.com to suggest other operating systems.
Where can I download the Horizon?Currently the Horizon isn’t available yet. You will receive an e-mail when the Horizon is available.
How much room will The Horizon take up on my desktop?The Horizon will only take up between 60 and 80 pixels vertically. At a resolution of 640*480, this is about 10 percent of the desktop area. If you computer uses a resolution of 1024*768 (which many newer systems use) it only takes up about 7 percent. Either way, you should still have plenty of usable room on the desktop. Why does it tell me I have invalid characters in a certain field on the sign up page?Our database only supports English characters. Please try a phonic spelling. What do I do if I lost my password? We have a link in our Members section where you can retrieve your password. How do I cancel my account? If for any reason you want to cancel your account, you can by going to our Cancel Account page. Please remember that if you cancel your account, you will lose credit for all of your referrals!
