• You download the mValue Panel (it sits open on your desktop, displaying ads as you go about your business)
• Advertisers pay us to put ads on the Panel
• We pay you for having the Panel open while you surf
• We pay you even more when you sign up your friends and they use the Panel
• Your personal information is always kept confidential – we will never share or give out your data to anyone for any reason

As an mValue Member, you will start earning cash after the contest period (see the Contest Rules for details). During the contest period, you will be earning contest points which get you closer to one of thousands of cash prizes. After the contest period, we will email you when your mValue Cash Panel is ready. The Cash Panel allows you to earn cash every month with mValue.

Why does mValue work?

Advertisers pay a lot of money for the opportunity to display ads while you surf. mValue simply shares that money with you every month. The more you use your panel and the more friends and colleagues you sign up with mValue, the more money you can earn.

What are the benefits to me?

• Cash: monthly payments for surfing the web (after the contest period)

• Privacy: we keep your data confidential -- we want to give you the power to control your information on the web

Why is this NOT a pyramid scheme?

This is not a "pyramid" scheme because it costs you nothing to join and it costs your friends nothing to join. The money we pay you comes from advertisers. We just share that money with you and your friends for using the mValue Panel.

How much can I earn with the mValue Panel?

After the mValue Contest Period, you will earn cash every hour you use the mValue Panel (currently up to 10 hours per month, but we are working to increase this by the end of our 100 day contest). Additionally, you get cash for every hour your friends and your extended friends (your friends' friends) use the mValue Panel.

Here are the current payment rates we pay to you after the contest period:

When you use the mValue Panel: $0.50 per hour to you

When your friends use the mValue Panel: $0.10 per hour to you

When your extended friends use the mValue Panel: $0.05 per hour to you

Of course, everyone you sign up is eligible for the same pay rates.

Can you give me an example of how much I could earn?

Sure. For example:

If you sign up 5 friends,
and they sign up 2 friends (who also sign up 2 friends, etc.),
and you all use the panel 10 hours per month,
you earn $85 that month!

Why does this add up to so much money? Because we give you credit for how much your entire mValue Family (the friends you sponsored to join and their friends ô four "levels" deep) uses the mValue Panel. There is no real limit on how much you could earn in a month.

How can I win money in the mValue Contest?

First, join mValue. When you join, you are automatically entered into the mValue Contest. Prizes are awarded to the people who have the highest combination of Contest Points and referred "Friends" (every Friend who registers using your mValue Member ID gets you an additional 2,000 Contest Points). How can I find out where I stand in the mValue Contest?

Visit www.mvalue.com often to see where you stand in the mValue Contest (a dedicated contest page should be up in a few weeks). We will post the current standings so you will know how many friends you have to sign up and how much you have to use the mValue Panel to win!

How and when do I get paid?

After the Contest Period, once a month . The cash you earn will be paid to you either by check or by direct deposit, depending on your preference. If the amount is under $20, we will wait until your account reaches $20 to pay you. You can check how much we owe you anytime by checking your account at www.mValue.com.

Is my information kept private?

Yes. We take your right to privacy extremely seriously. The mValue Panel shows you ads based on the sites you visit and all of that information is kept 100% confidential. We never give out or sell your personal information to anyone. For any reason. Ever. We are members of the Privacy Partnership and have a very strict privacy policy.

How do I join?

Simply fill out a short membership registration form, download the mValue Panel, and start on your way toward winning cash prizes!

Do I need to buy anything?

No. mValue is absolutely free, in fact, we pay you while you surf the Web. You surf, we pay! Remember, our mission is to create a way for you to capture the value of your own surfing.

Do I need to change my browser, e-mail or service provider?

No, no, and no. The mValue Panel will work with your existing browser, e-mail, and service provider. There is no need to change anything. Currently, the mValue Panel only works with Windows and is compatible with Netsacpe, Internet Explorer and America Online.

Can I spam the Web to generate referrals?

Absolutely not. We have a very strict anti-spamming policy. Do not send e-mail about mValue to people you donÝt know. We will remove any member who is caught spamming in order to generate referrals. Period.

Does the mValue Panel work with Macs or WebTV?

Currently, the mValue Panel runs on Windows 95/98 and is only available to Windows users. We are working hard to expand our service to Macintosh and Web TV users.

Can I use my mValue Panel on multiple machines?

Not at this time. We are working hard to bring you the ability to use your mValue Panel on more than one computer.

Can I join mValue if I do not live in the United States?

We are working hard to expand mValue to international members. Unfortunately, right now, the benefits of membership and the mValue Contest are available only to residents of the United States of America. You can still join mValue if you live outside of the U.S., and we will email you when the full benefits of mValue are available to you.

How can I cancel my mValue Membership?

You can cancel your mValue Membership at any time by emailing us at cancel@mvalue.com. When you cancel your membership all personal information about you is destroyed. If you decide to rejoin at a later date, you will not receive any credit for your previous referrals or for any contest points you may have earned.
